ERP Data Migration Specialist

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an ERP Data Migration Specialist (Remote) for one of our commercial clients focused on SQL, Snowflake, and Matillion. Responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data from legacy systems into a unified ERP platform. Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and readiness across multiple business units. Day to

Day Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Matillion and Snowflake
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, cleansing, and validation
• Transform legacy data into standardized ERP formats
• Develop reusable migration templates and mapping documents
• Identify data gaps and inconsistencies
• Support SIT and UAT testing cycles
• Execute mock migrations and final cutover loads
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT
• Support post-go-live data validation and troubleshooting

Compensation:

$90K to $100,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-7 years of data migration or ETL development experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with Matillion
• Familiarity with ERP data domains (items, inventory, customers, vendors, COA, transactions)
• Strong Excel/CSV data-handling skills
• Experience with ERP implementations (NetSuite, D365, SAP, Epicor, P21)
• Background in distribution or manufacturing
• Knowledge of data governance and master-data management
