FLEX Senior Manager - Senior Data Engineer - Marketing Owned

Job Overview Responsible for engineering solutions for Marketing and Digital Data Platforms Owned Pod to enable personalization and campaign optimization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in software engineering and data platform development. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in building large-scale, distributed systems and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, or equivalent). Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across marketing and technology teams.

Job Duties:

Design and implement marketing and digital data solutions that support enterprise-scale personalization and analytics. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards across all marketing data platforms. Optimize system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and tuning. Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and automation of data workflows. Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
