Position Overview Tekberry is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager, Space Data and Analytics to support our client within the School of Medicine. This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert for School of Medicine space and occupancy data, supporting space analytics, reporting, validation, and strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in space management, database systems, analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within large or complex organizations. Responsibilities Manage and oversee School of Medicine space data analytics and reporting initiatives Analyze space data and validate proper space classifications and coding Develop reports, dashboards, scripts, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and space coding variances Serve as subject matter expert for space classification, coding, occupancy, and reporting requests Support annual space data certification processes across the School of Medicine Collaborate with planning, facilities, technical services, and project management teams Partner with stakeholders to improve data systems, reporting automation, and operational processes Develop business intelligence reporting, metrics, and ad hoc analyses Maintain and improve standardized processes related to space data management and reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience Strong experience with: Space management and/or space planning Data analytics and reporting Database management systems Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working independently and collaboratively across departments Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Archibus or other space database systems Tableau, OBIEE, Oracle Database, PLSQL, AutoCAD, or Excel VBA KPI dashboards and business intelligence reporting Knowledge of system integration, database structures, and data mapping Experience in higher education, healthcare, facilities, or institutional planning environments Work Environment & Physical Requirements Hybrid work environment with onsite collaboration as needed Primarily desk-based and computer-focused work Frequent sitting, computer usage, meetings, and data analysis activities Fast-paced environment requiring strong prioritization and attention to detail We need hard-working, reliable employees.
