Job Description:

Franciscon Consulting, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Project Coordinator (TPC) to join our established Technology team in supporting the Los Angeles Community College District's (LACCD) bond-funded capital improvement program. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced project managers and technology professionals, contributing to meaningful infrastructure upgrades across one of the largest community college districts in the nation. What you'll do Coordinate 5-10 simultaneous IT projects spanning networking, wireless, VoIP, physical security (CCTV/access control), AV, server, and endpoint infrastructure. Manage project documentation including initiation forms, schedules, risk logs, and status reports. Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings; prepare agendas and finalize meeting minutes. Track budgets and schedules in coordination with the Asset Management team. Develop detailed technical scopes of work and coordinate submittal approvals. Assist with change order review alongside Construction Project Managers and Cost Estimators. Report IT project performance to the Program Management Office. Minimum qualifications 3+ years coordinating and managing multiple IT projects within capital improvement programs. Experience integrating technology into construction and engineering environments. Hands-on familiarity with Network, Server, VoIP, CCTV, AV, Storage, and Wireless technologies.

Full project lifecycle experience:

planning, design, and closeout. Preferred qualifications Certifications in technology or project management (PMP, CompTIA, CAPM, or equivalent).
