Manager, Guidewire Data Conversion, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, San Antonio, TX. Design and develop IT business architecture and information architecture engagements. Conduct assessments of existing data sources, including databases and legacy systems, to understand their structure and content. Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. Develop comprehensive data mapping documents that outline how data elements from legacy systems will be transformed and loaded into Guidewire applications. Ensure ETL processes are efficient, scalable, maintainable, while adhering to best practises in data management. Collaborate with business analysts and system architects to ensure mapping aligns with business processes and requirements. Supervise and coach teams. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Salary:
$163,000-$189,000/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Technology, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelors, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Technology, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience. Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: Develop and customize applications using the Guidewire platform; Developing and executing test plans to validate data conversions, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity; Utilizing ETL development tools and Guidewire Policy systems; and Designing and implementing ETL processes that will extract data from one or more legacy systems, transform it as necessary, and load it into Guidewire. 80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office. Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required. Multiple Positions Available.
