Our flagship offering is a highly competitive 13-month Fellowship focused on leadership and organizational development for global nonprofits. Our additional network services include growth courses, workshops, tools, and resources to ensure no nonprofit leaders stands alone. ROLE OVERVIEW
Gratitude Network is seeking a detail-oriented, analytically minded, and mission-driven Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL) and Application Coordinator to join our programs team. This full-time, remote position is based in India and is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of professional experience in data management or monitoring and evaluation. We are specifically looking to hire in India to bring our team closer to many of the nonprofit leaders we serve. Having a team member based in this region allows us to provide more localized support, connect with Fellows in closer time zones, and build opportunities for regional engagement and network activities. As the MEL & Application Coordinator, you will own two critical workstreams within Gratitude Network's programs: leading the end-to-end Fellowship application and recruitment process, and managing the organization's monitoring, evaluation, and learning reporting cycle. You will work closely with the Director of Programs and the Program Coordinator, each owning distinct workstreams with clear accountability and close collaboration.

Manage all applicant-facing outreach and communications throughout the cycle maintaining a professional and approachable tone across global audiences. Own the Fellowship application timeline and process end-to-end, including collaborating with the HubSpot consultant to build and maintain application forms, sequences, and workflows. Coordinate the full review process, including internal and external reviewers, scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and selection logistics. Maintain accurate records of all prospect and applicant interactions in HubSpot and spreadsheets, and contribute to ongoing improvements to application processes and candidate experience. Lead the annual Alumni longitudinal data collection process, including timeline development, communications preparation, and distribution. Manage all program data infrastructure — including dashboards, datasets, and records — ensuring data is organized, consistently maintained, and easily accessible to the team. Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis across all programs; identify trends, areas for growth, and program outcomes to inform strategy and continuous improvement. Develop qualitative case studies and impact stories for Fellows, Alumni, and other program participants. Prepare data and reports for internal and external audiences, including per-program impact reports, donor and funder reporting, the Annual Report, and Board presentations. Administrative & Event Support Provide operational support across programs, including: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and communications, and take minutes for key program activities. Experience with CRM tools, such as HubSpot Experience with survey and data tools Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment with international stakeholders.
