What you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related discipline; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree. 6 years of relevant product or program management experience analyzing data and developing recommendation, or an advanced degree in Business, with 4 years of product or program management experience. 3 years of P&C experience. Working experience in creating product briefings and presenting to executive leadership. Demonstrated experience in effectively conducting product analysis & gain an in depth understanding of market dynamics including competitor underwriting initiatives and rate level analysis. Competent knowledge of applicable product related regulations, and risk and compliance requirements.What sets you apart:

- Confirmed sophisticated data analytical experience and the ability to demonstrate the skills for pulling data as well as analyzing trends to make recommendations to leadership. Data Storytelling
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling data-driven presentations that translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Technical Tools
- Mastery of essential data tools including SQL, Tableau, Sigma, and Snowflake.
Compensation range:
The salary range for this position is: $103,450.- $197,730.
Compensation:
USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
