Accurate product data is the backbone of our success—and it starts with you. We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Data Coordinator to help keep our product and catalog systems accurate, consistent, and ready to support teams across the business.Location:
Cranbury, NJ (Hybrid) About CRP CRP is a family/veteran-owned business and a leading supplier to the automotive and industrial service markets. What you'll do Set up new products in relevant systems, ensuring all required data points are complete and accurate. Maintain and update product data across company databases; process product maintenance and change notices. Enter and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) in the ERP system. Run routine audits and quality checks to protect data integrity; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Partner with cross-functional teams to align on data standards and ensure consistency across departments and brands. Document processes and procedures and support continuous improvements to how product data is managed. Execute weekly reporting and ad hoc reporting requests as assigned.Requirements:
What you'll bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in data entry, product data, cataloging, or a similar role preferred. Comfort working in database software (especially relational databases) and business systems/ERPs. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through; you take pride in getting the data right. Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style. Nice to have Automotive industry experience (dealership, parts store, repair shop, etc.). Familiarity with PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) data and standards. Experience supporting digital asset workflows (product photography, basic editing, file organization, and distribution).
