Senior Data Architecture Consultant (Informatica IDMC)

Summary:
The Senior Informatica IDMC Architecture Consultant will provide expert-level guidance, planning, and oversight in the implementation and maturation of Informatica's Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), with a focus on Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) and Master Data Management (MDM) The Senior Informatica IDMC Architecture Consultant will collaborate closely with business, risk, compliance, technology, and data management teams on projects The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Informatica IDMC, particularly CDGC and MDM modules This position is Remote, with occasional travel to Phoenix, AZ Local Candidates who can work 3 Days Onsite in Phoenix, AZ are preferred
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning, road-mapping, and configuration efforts for Informatica IDMC (CDGC & MDM) Provide coaching and advisory services to internal teams and stakeholders Deliver thought leadership and develop materials to support the migration of metadata from legacy Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) to Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) Create and maintain migration documentation, including best practices and recommendations Conduct initial discovery and validation of project goals, vendor approaches, and methodologies Review and advise on deliverables produced by client to ensure alignment with strategic objectives Collaborate with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and other involved parties Produce and maintain key deliverables, including: Strategic Roadmap Configuration Documentation Migration Plan with Timelines Monthly Progress Reports Assist with Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimations for future execution phases Utilize standard project methodologies and tools as prescribed by the client
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Risk roles within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Asset Management preferred) Proven experience with Informatica IDMC, particularly CDGC and MDM modules Strong background in enterprise Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Strategic Planning Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with migration planning and execution in complex data environments Ability to work independently while aligning with client priorities and timelines Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred Informatica Certifications are preferred Why Join Paradigm At Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
