Responsibilities Lead the strategy and development of medical provider data solutions (such as outcomes-based provider networks and channeling solutions) by leveraging the company's vast comprehensive provider data platform. This role focuses on using provider data to enhance existing products and develop new capabilities that drive better claim outcomes across Enlyte's network and cost containment operations.Key Responsibilities:
Provider Performance Analytics:
Design and evolve sophisticated analytical frameworks to measure and compare provider effectiveness; uncover patterns in provider behavior that correlate with optimal claim outcomes; and create data-driven methodologies to distinguish high-value providers from standard network participants.Outcomes-Based Network Development:
Lead the development of outcomes-focused provider networks by identifying and elevating providers who consistently deliver superior results. Create scalable, systematic approaches that enable smarter channeling to high-performing providers.Product Innovation & Growth:
Translate provider data insights into enhancements for existing network products and the creation of new, differentiated offerings; partner closely with Product, Analytics, and Network teams to bring data-led innovations from concept to market; and bridge analytics and business strategy by turning findings into clear, actionable solutions.Data Strategy & Management:
Provide strategic oversight of Enlyte's provider data ecosystem, including data models spanning direct and leased networks; champion data quality, validation, and governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and currency across all sources; and define and refine business logic that maximizes the value and usability of provider data across the enterprise.Executive & Client Engagement:
Communicate complex analytical insights in a compelling, business-forward way to executive and client audiences; and serve as a trusted subject matter expert in client engagements, showcasing Enlyte's data-driven differentiation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in P&C healthcare analytics, provider data, network management, or adjacent domains. Demonstrated success translating advanced data and analytics into measurable business results. Deep expertise in P&C healthcare provider data, claims analysis, and outcomes measurement. Proven ability to align and lead cross-functional teams around a unified data and product vision. Strong background in data quality management, validation, and governance best practices. Track record of driving product enhancements and innovation through analytical insight. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and business value to diverse audiences.Salary:
