Job Description

Sage Intacct is AI-powered financial management software trusted by growing and complex organizations to run their core finance operations. Our Platform team builds the shared capabilities that support Sage Intacct at scale, including data, analytics, identity, integrations, APIs, and AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort in onboarding and help improve the quality and reliability of migrated financial data. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Platform to lead the Data Management, Migration, and Customer Onboarding domains. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for data imports, migration workflows, customer provisioning, and onboarding capabilities that help customers get up and running faster, with cleaner data and less friction. This is a high-priority platform role tied directly to one of Sage Intacct's biggest customer experience opportunities: reducing the time and complexity it takes to onboard customers and migrate financial data. You'll build on a new data import service that is being rolled out across Sage Intacct and shape the next layer of migration tooling, automation, and AI-supported workflows that improve the experience for customers, implementation teams, partners, and internal teams.

Adjacent experience in software implementation, solutions engineering, or technical product delivery may also be considered when it includes product ownership, data migration, or onboarding workflow experience.
  • You have experience with data import, ETL processes, data migration tools, data transformation, validation, or data quality workflows within a software product or implementation environment.
  • You understand how data structures, databases, APIs, data schemas, and integration patterns affect how data moves into and across a product.
  • You can speak to your experience translating complex customer workflows, implementation challenges, or technical requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and roadmap priorities.

  • You can bring structure to complex platform work, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, dependencies, and business priorities. Why Join Sage?
  • Own a high-priority platform domain with a dedicated team, clear product charter, and executive-level visibility across Sage Intacct.
