Position Overview :

This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert for all SoM space and occupancy data and will support strategic space planning initiatives through data analysis, reporting, validation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in space management systems, database analytics, reporting automation, and space utilization processes within a complex institutional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop validation reports, audit scripts, dashboards, KPI metrics, and ad-hoc analyses. Investigate root causes of data inconsistencies and implement corrective actions. Standardize and automate routine reporting and data collection processes. Present space utilization analyses and recommendations to senior and planning committees.

Requirements:

Experience working in a space-related environment (Space Systems / Facilities) is preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel (including Excel Visual Basic) and AutoCAD . Hands-on experience with ArchiBus and iSpace systems is required. Ability to document and manage data effectively (Excel tabs / structured documentation).
