Sales Manager

California Bay Area Job Type:
Full-time Key Responsibilities § Participate in on-site assessments, installation guidance, and basic troubleshooting. Create technical documents, bid responses, and customer training materials. § Gather customer technical requirements and provide feedback to the product team to refine product offerings. § Provide pre-sales technical support to enterprises, system integrators, and distributors, as well as ODM/OEM partners, including product demos, solution design, and configuration recommendations. § Partner with downstream marketing/sales team to drive the entire process from technical engagement to order closure. Qualifications
    Experience:
    1-3 years of experience in data center infrastructure, electrical products, or a related industry (recent graduates with strong internship/project experience will also be considered)
      Skills:
      Ability to read or create basic CAD drawings; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
        Background:
        Mechanical /Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
          Product Knowledge:
          Understanding of data center hardware infrastructure and power distribution products/solutions, e.g. rack PDUs, Busway, industrial connectors.
