Data Collection Manager Job Summary:
The Data Collection Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of student census, enrollment, and demographic data collection across the school districts. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used for funding allocation, equity analysis, compliance reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Data Collection Manager Job Description:
  • Design and manage district-wide census and enrollment data collection processes
  • Develop timelines aligned with state reporting requirements and funding deadlines
  • Partner with school staff to support data collection
  • Monitor data for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with FERPA and district policies
  • Develop outreach strategies to engage families
  • Oversee student information systems and digital tools
  • Produce reports and dashboards for leadership
