Job Description

Role Overview This role owns the execution of client onboarding, operational processes, data management, and reporting. About 60% of the role is focused on onboarding new employer clients. The processes already exist — your job is to run them, improve them, and automate them as the business scales. You'll work closely with internal teams and communicate regularly with employer clients, insurance brokers, TPAs, and benefits partners. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end client onboarding, including materials, checklists, timelines, and data collection Clean, standardize, and manage client data from Excel and PDFs Set up client accounts, tracking codes, and documentation Prepare pricing models, financial illustrations, and monthly analyses Calculate invoices, commissions, and partner payables Maintain contracts, renewals, and reporting dashboards Produce weekly internal reports and monthly client reports Manage compliance‑approved client communications Document workflows and help automate processes using AI and software tools Required Experience & Skills Must‑Have 2-4 years in operations, onboarding, client services, or data-focused roles Advanced Excel (financial modeling, data transformation; VBA or Python a plus) Strong process orientation and ability to execute independently Professional written and verbal communication with business clients and brokers Active, practical use of AI tools in daily work Nice‑to‑Have Experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, TPAs, HR, or financial services SQL or database experience WordPress, SharePoint, Jotform, or similar workflow tools

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
