Job Description Job Summary The Data Integrity Coordinator serves as a key administrative and data support role responsible for the accurate entry, validation, and maintenance of program data in support of TANF initiatives. This position communicates directly with external TANF customers and grant recipients to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of submitted information. Additionally, the role supports program compliance by maintaining thorough documentation, verifying adherence to grant requirements, and assisting with reporting and audit readiness. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Substantial proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work in a detail-oriented environment Proficiency in computer applications and technology Required Qualifications High school diploma and computer and technology skills Preferred Qualifications Some college. A thorough knowledge of the Tennessee Department of Human Services Accent Data Entry System is preferred.
