Job Description

Job Description The Catalog and Content Manager partners with the Merchandising Category teams to ensure all content and catalog data is complete, meets quality requirements and is loaded timely to support sales initiatives and enhances trustworthy advice. The Catalog and Content Manager develops display configurations to drive sales through visual interaction of product data for all sales channels. Responsibilities
  • The Catalog and Content Manager is accountable to ensure all catalog data is loaded according to existing process including validation and integrity.
  • Analyzes sales impact from catalog and content updates and creates recommendations to improve customer experience.
  • Develops and presents knowledge workshops to vendors and Merchandising teams.
  • Manages Merchandising teams and vendor relationships to include validations and distribution of vendor content requirements.
  • Prioritizes catalog updates for the Content Production team to ensure all AutoZone sales targets, initiatives and promotions are met.
  • Proactively recommends improvements to existing processes to meet or exceed industry standard practices. Qualifications
  • +5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry with direct experience working with vendors and third-party catalog providers, including working knowledge of aftermarket industry standards: ACES and PIES
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop partnerships, capable of interacting at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker and facilitator with strong analytical skills
