Job Summary and Qualifications The Implementation Manager leads the successful onboarding and execution of high-impact product conversions across hospital and healthcare systems, ensuring seamless adoption, clinical alignment, and measurable value delivery. This role owns end-to-end implementation—from planning through post-go-live optimization—while serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and hospital stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and contract compliance. Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing, the Implementation Manager supports implementation planning, standardization initiatives, sales presentations, and business reviews. Success in this role is defined by delivering on-time, high-quality implementations, achieving strong stakeholder satisfaction and product adoption, driving measurable improvements in contract compliance and standardization, and ensuring effective cross-functional coordination with minimal escalation. What you will do in this role: Lead end-to-end implementation of product conversions across hospital systems, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery aligned with client expectations and company goals Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital stakeholders and build strong relationships across clinical, supply chain, and administrative teams Track implementation progress against plans, proactively identify risks, and drive issue resolution Lead regular status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders Ensure and coordinate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Sourcing, Operations, Suppliers and Customers Facilitate product trials, evaluations, and approvals, ensuring clinical and operational readiness Ensure product availability and seamless operational transitions in partnership with distribution and operations Monitor contract compliance and drive standardization initiatives to optimize outcomes Deliver training, develop implementation materials, and provide post-implementation support, reporting, and data-driven insights to ensure sustained success
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in business, finance, economics or a related field
  • Required 5+ years of experience in healthcare, medical supply, or a related industry, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Required Experience leading implementations or managing complex projects across hospital systems or similar environments
  • Required Familiarity with ERP/supply chain systems (e.g., Lawson, SAP, etc.) and clinical product knowledge is a plus
  • Preferred PMP or equivalent certification
  • Preferred Uses data to measure performance and drive decisions while maintaining attention to detail across concurrent projects
  • Required Leverages understanding of MRP processes and calculations to ensure accurate demand planning, inventory optimization, and product availability during implementations
  • Required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to analyze data, build reports, and create executive-level presentations
