W2 POSITION DESCRIPTION
Resource will play a critical role in developing and executing complex migration strategies. This position requires a technical professional capable of seamlessly transitioning enterprise-level databases, applications, and core services while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
15 years of experience working with Oracle, Microsoft, and in development environments. Professional level of understanding for Oracle Exadata, Application development, Migration strategies. Deep conceptual and practical understanding of server architectures, network topologies, and ecosystems. Proven experience managing application environments, variables, and automated deployment pipelines. Ability to rapidly absorb, adapt to, and apply organizational standards, legacy architectures, and governance policies. Skill in identifying infrastructure dependencies to prevent deployment bottlenecks and service downtime.
