  • plays a critical role within the Salesforce Enablement & Operations (SEO) organization, providing architectural leadership for the enterprise adoption of Salesforce Data360 (formerly Data Cloud). This role serves as the
  • design authority
  • for Data360 implementations, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned to Center of Excellence (CoE) standards and Enterprise Data Governance policies.
The Lead Architect partners with Salesforce delivery teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, Security, and Platform Operations to define architecture patterns, review designs, and guide teams from proof‑of‑value efforts into enterprise‑grade, reusable capabilities. This role balances hands‑on design leadership with strategic oversight, enabling trusted data foundations that power analytics, activation, and AI‑enabled use cases (including Agentforce).
  • Required Qualifications
  • + 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture, enterprise data architecture, or solution architecture roles + Demonstrated hands‑on leadership designing and delivering Salesforce Data360 (Data Cloud) solutions, including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and activation + Strong understanding of enterprise data and integration patterns, including APIs, event‑driven architectures, streaming data, and federated or near‑real‑time access models + Proven experience operating within and influencing a •Center of Excellence (CoE)•model, including defining patterns, reviewing designs, and enforcing architectural standards + Deep familiarity with •enterprise data governance•concepts, including data ownership, classification, consent, masking, access controls, and compliance requirements + Experience partnering with Security, Privacy, and Data Governance teams to operationalize policy‑driven data usage within Salesforce + Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence delivery teams and stakeholders without direct authority •Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience enabling AI‑driven, real‑time, or agent‑based capabilities using Salesforce Data360 as a foundational data layer (e.
g., Agentforce, personalization, predictive insights) + Background in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries with complex data and compliance needs + Salesforce certifications such as

  • Pay Range
  • The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.
00 - $236,900.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
