Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on

SSIS/.NET

Developer to support and enhance business-critical data pipelines and scheduled batch processes. This individual contributor role focuses on SQL Server, SSIS, and backend .NET development, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SSIS package development, SQL Server optimization, and C# backend development. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and support SSIS-based SQL batch jobs, ETL processes, and data movement pipelines Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance for reliability and scalability Contribute to backend development using .NET and C# to support batch workflows and integrations Monitor, support, and troubleshoot scheduled batch executions and automated jobs Perform root cause analysis for data issues, job failures, and production incidents Document SSIS packages, data flows, batch processes, and technical workflows Collaborate with QA, production support, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and support Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and operational improvements for SQL-based systems Required Qualifications 5+ years of software development experience Strong hands-on experience with SSIS package development and support Expertise in SQL Server including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning Experience building and supporting SQL-based batch jobs and ETL workflows Working knowledge of .NET and C# for backend or batch processing solutions Experience supporting scheduled and automated jobs in production environments Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving batch failures and data-related issues Preferred Qualifications Experience with job schedulers such as SQL Agent, Control-M, or Autosys Experience supporting legacy batch processing systems Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries Top Required Skills
