Job Description

Data Coordinator#26-09186 Carrollton, TX All On-site Job Description Schedule is 9a-6p unless we're in the office. Then it's 8a - 5p M-F. Onsite on Tuesdays. Scheduled day may change.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate knowledge of systems, processes and procedures. Ability to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. Excellent data entry and computer application skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. 1. Confidently answer questions about account setup process the first time customers ask. 2. Act as a trusted partner to resolve customer inquiries to completion. 3. Listen and interpret customer information to accurately and promptly resolve issues. 4. Build and maintain professional relationship in order to foster customer retention. 5. Coordinate and collaborate with internal customers such as warehouse personnel, sales, IT, customer support and operations to ensure start-to-finish customer resolution. 6. Processes all customer requests (from multiple sources such as email, chat, telephonic, etc.) to ensure customers receive the drugs their patients need. 7. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 8. Perform data entry for purposes such as account setups or changes; researches any other inquiries as requested. 9. Ensures data accuracy and integrity of managed information in order to avoid rework. 10. Handle incoming inquiries such as information regarding account setups or changes. 11. Interact extensively with other internal departments throughout the corporation in order to provide information, resolve issues, and to support cross functional projects. 12. Responsible for taking ownership of the process and being accountable for the majority of data management. 13. Makes suggestions and recommendations to Supervisor/Manager in an effort to continually improve customer service operations. 14. Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations. 15. Performs related duties as assigned.
