Job Description:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, including Data 360, and familiarity with Agentforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end architecture design and solutioning for Salesforce implementations, with a focus on Data 360 Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to design solutions that align with business goals Guide development teams by reviewing designs, ensuring architectural best practices, and translating functional requirements into technical designs Engage in proposal development, presentations, and solution demos Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices
Required Skills:
Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Salesforce architecture Proven experience leading real-time Salesforce Data 360 projects as a Salesforce Architect Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and conceptual familiarity with Agentforce Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with business and technical stakeholders
Desired Skills:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, Data Cloud, AI specialist certification) Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations involving multiple clouds (e.g., FSC, Sales, Service, Marketing, Data) Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and middleware in the Salesforce ecosystem
