Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience required 8+ years of related experience in supervision, project management, etc. required Expertise in developing and executing strategic initiatives, with the ability to influence decisions and translate vision into actionable plans Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience as a strategic thought partner, providing insight-driven recommendations that support agency vision and priorities Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods required Familiarity with basic statistical analysis required Familiarity with O365 portfolio, Salesforce, Power BI, SQL Server required Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver's license, evidence of auto liability insurance Here's the Good Stuff...
