Exempt Position Purpose Supports the daily operation and maintenance of Talent Management systems (HRIS) by ensuring data accuracy, assisting with system processes, and providing user support. This role focuses on executing established system workflows, troubleshooting basic issues, and maintaining reliable employee data to support HR operations, compliance, and reporting.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
System Administration & Operations Performs day-to-day system administration for Talent Management systems. Maintains system configurations, workflows, and business rules. Monitors system performance, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex problems appropriately Supports system maintenance activities including updates, patches, and releases. Supports daily operations of HR systems including Frontline and related platforms. User Support & Service Delivery Serves as a primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting system issues and responding to inquiries. Tracks, document, and resolves tickets within established service levels. Escalates system issues, defects, or risks appropriately. Supports communication of system updates, outages, and enhancements. Data Integrity & Reporting Maintains and validates data accuracy and consistency across Talent Management systems. Executes data uploads, imports, audits, and reconciliations. Generates standard and ad hoc reports to support operational and business needs. Review data for errors or discrepancies and corrects or escalate as needed. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information. Systems Maintenance & Enhancements Support Assists with system updates, testing, and configuration changes. Participates in system implementation activities and user acceptance testing. Documents system processes, procedures, and user guides. Identifies minor process improvement opportunities and communicates to leadership. Documentation & Knowledge Management Maintains system documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures. Develops and updates user guides and training materials. Ensures documentation reflects current system configurations and processes. Compliance, Security & Governance Adheres to data governance standards, security protocols, and organizational policies. Maintains user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with established guidelines. Supports audit activities and prepares required documentation. Ensures compliance with system standards established by TM Systems leadership. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborates with Talent Management teams, HR partners, IT, and vendors to support system needs. Provides feedback on system performance, trends, and improvement opportunities. Supports continuous improvement efforts to enhance system functionality, user experience, and process efficiency. Provides responsive customer service to employees, campuses, and departments regarding system-related inquiries. Collaborates with departments to support system processes. Communicates system updates, changes, or issues to users as directed. Safety Ensures compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines for safe food handling from receiving to service. Ensures preventive maintenance is performed on tools and equipment and ensures equipment is in safe operating condition. Ensures employees follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting and climbing; ensures operation of tools and equipment according to established safety procedures. Ensures employees correct unsafe conditions in work area and promptly report any conditions that are not immediately correctable to supervisor. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of HRIS systems, data entry processes, and basic system functionality. Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Frontline and similar platforms. Knowledge of data management practices and confidentiality requirements. Skill in entering, reviewing, and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems. Skill in troubleshooting basic system issues and providing user support. Skill in generating reports, queries, and data extracts. Skill in organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Ability to follow established system procedures and workflows with accuracy. Ability to identify discrepancies in data and escalate issues appropriately. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written forms. Ability to engage in self-evaluation with regard to performance and professional growth. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others contacted in the course of work. Tools/Equipment Used:
Standard office equipment, including computer and peripherals; electronic cash register and remote 10-key for entering pre-paid account PINs; standard large and small kitchen equipment and tools including electric slicer, mixer, pressure steamer, deep-fat fryer, sharp cutting tools, stove, oven, dishwasher, and food/utility cart.
Posture:
Prolonged standing; frequent stooping, squatting, kneeling, bending, pushing/pulling, and twisting.
Motion:
Frequent repetitive hand motions, including keyboarding and use of mouse; electronic cash register; continual walking; frequent climbing (ladder), grasping/squeezing, wrist flexion/extension, reaching, and overhead reaching.
Lifting:
Frequent moderate lifting and carrying (15-44 pounds).
Environment:
Works in an office setting; may require occasional irregular and/or prolonged hours.
Attendance:
Regular and punctual attendance at the worksite is required for this position.
Mental Demands:
Maintains emotional control under stress; works with frequent interruptions. Minimum Required Qualifications Education (See approved combinations of Education & Experience below) Accredited High School diploma, GED, or Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency required; Associates degree from accredited college or university in Business Administration or a related field preferred; Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Experience:
2-6years of experience in HRIS systems required.

Language:
