Job Description

Miracle Software Systems Inc is looking for Data Architect position at Frisco TX . Please find the below Job details.

Responsibilities:

Strong expertise in Enterprise Data Architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling. Experience with HR Analytics and HCM data domains such as workforce, talent, compensation, learning, and people analytics. Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform technologies, including Databricks, Lakehouse, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold). Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, semantic models, certified data products, and Power BI. Knowledge of enterprise data integration patterns, including batch, CDC, streaming, and data contracts. Experience implementing data governance, data quality standards, Unity Catalog, and business glossary alignment. Strong data engineering skills with expertise in building and optimizing complex data pipelines. Proven technical leadership experience driving architecture reviews, engineering standards, and DevOps practices. Preferred Domain Experience HR Analytics / Human Capital Management (HCM) Nice to

Have:

Microsoft Azure Data Engineer or Data Architect certification. Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer certification. Databricks Data Engineer or Architect certification.
