Job Description:
Key responsibilities: Own and manage enterprise data products and customer data platform initiatives. Lead migration and modernization efforts for Customer 360 (C360) and Global Data Platform (GDP) solutions. Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to define product strategy and roadmap. Manage end-to-end delivery of data products and applications. Drive customer-centric solutions using Customer 360 data and insights. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, accessibility, and governance. Support AI and advanced analytics use cases built on enterprise data platforms. Define product requirements, prioritize backlog, and manage Agile delivery processes. Monitor adoption, business impact, and platform performance metrics.
