About the job The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,500-$128,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Manage project goals and deliverables through a structured timeline roadmap to align stakeholder expectations, communicate plans and co-ordinate resources. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to diagnose work problems, define program goals, prioritize deliverables, and evaluate program impact. Execute comprehensive risk identification and assessment activities covering budget, schedule, resource, and technical risks while developing mitigation plans and tracking their evolution and influence on project/program objectives. Establish and monitor stakeholder-aligned processes, drive accountability across teams, secure resources, ensure compliance with privacy policies, identify improvement, opportunities, and promote the adoption of optimized workflows.
