As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data warehouse solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to ensure data is efficiently collected, integrated, stored, and made available for reporting and analytics. Your expertise will help drive data-driven decision-making and support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into data warehousing solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and reporting structures.
  • Design, develop, and optimize data warehouse architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using industry-standard tools and programming languages.
  • Integrate data from multiple source systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data warehouse structures, ETL processes, and business logic.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data warehousing, data integration, and ETL workflows.
  • Collaborate with business users and data analysts to provide access to data and support reporting/analytics needs.
  • Implement and enforce data governance, security policies, and best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data warehousing, cloud platforms, and analytics.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise data warehouses.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts, relational databases, and schema design.
  • Proficiency with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Experience with database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
  • Solid understanding of data integration, transformation, and cleansing techniques.
  • Familiarity with reporting and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Cognos) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in cloud-based data warehousing and migration projects.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with agile project management and development methodologies.
  • Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is desirable.
