Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Data Coordinator to support a high-volume materials and inventory environment. This role will focus on entering, updating, and maintaining material / equipment data in SAP. The coordinator will be helping alleviate backlog created by increased project demand and large-scale inventory initiatives.
Daily responsibilities include:
  • Enter and update material, equipment, and inspection data into SAP
  • Support QA/QC efforts on work orders, including reviewing functional locations and updating notes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across SAP databases
  • Assist with materials processing workflows, including inspection tracking and documentation
  • Partner with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Provide data entry support to multiple team members (materials, inventory, and project teams)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong memory/recall and ability to manage large volumes of information
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SAP (highly preferred but not required)
  • Experience working in materials, inventory, or warehouse environments
  • Exposure to Power BI or data reporting tools
  • Background in utilities, construction, or industrial environments is a plus
