Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware. Experience in people management.

Experience with initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a global environment. Experience leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety initiatives. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Oversee the computing and networking operations of a data center site(s). Ensure service level objectives are met and team performance is aligned to those goals. Ensure data center related priorities are consistent with company objectives. Hire, coach, and develop a team of technical staff to meet objectives. Take responsibility for the management and implementation of multiple projects for the team. Work with others to set and implement short-term and long-term strategy for the site. Identify problems and create solutions for computing and network architecture.
