Job Description

Summary:
The Manager of Information Management (IM) Business Partner is a regionally focused management role responsible for aligning information management strategy with regional business and clinical priorities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to regional executive leadership, driving technology-enabled transformation, portfolio value realization, and operational excellence across multiple markets and service lines. The Manager combines advanced business relationship management with formal people leadership, financial stewardship, and regional portfolio accountability.

Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Serve as the primary IM strategic advisor to regional executive and operational leadership, act as liaison across business units, IM, and HI. Represent IM in regional governance, steering committees, and executive forums; act as delegate for the Regional ACIO when required. Lead regionally aligned technology-enabled business strategies and transformation initiatives. Own and manage a regional portfolio of complex initiatives with significant financial and operational impact. Guide development of business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis. Partner with finance and regional leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization. Provide oversight for solution planning, introduction, and retirement. Identify and address systemic gaps, redundancies, and risks within the regional application portfolio. Collaborate with regional technology, operations, informatics and vendors to ensure alignment with standards. Lead and manage assigned IM Business Partners and staff, including hiring, performance management, and development. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education/Skills Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of education, required Experience 8 - 10 years of healthcare IM/IT or operational leadership experience required 2 - 5 years of leadership/management experience required Expert understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows required Experience in building relationships with executive leaders is required Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications None required In accordance with the
CHRISTUS
Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy, all Associates are required to obtain the required certifications for their respective positions within the designated time frame.
