• Full-time Position Summary We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst
• Logistics to join our Midland, TX .

Accounts Payable team. In this role, you will analyze and verify GPS data for truck drivers to ensure accurate route tracking and timely deliveries. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving driver time logs, helping maintain compliance and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

GPS Data Verification Analyze GPS data from truck tracking systems to ensure routes align with planned schedules Cross-reference GPS data with driver logs to identify discrepancies Investigate and resolve tracking issues, including out-of-route activity or missing data Time Approval & Validation Review driver time logs (start, end, and break times) for accuracy Approve or reject time entries based on company policies and compliance standards Identify, flag, and follow up on discrepancies Data Analysis & Reporting Prepare reports on GPS performance, delivery accuracy, and time efficiency Monitor KPIs such as driver productivity, on-time delivery rates, and compliance Provide actionable insights to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies Perform other duties as needed to support accounting and business operations Required Skills Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to multitask and follow through on issues until resolution Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills, including remote communication Proactive and continuous improvement mindset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Work closely with dispatchers, fleet managers and safety compliance teams to resolve data issues Qualifications 1+ year of Accounts Payable or related experience 10-key by touch preferred Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply!
