Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware. 2 years of experience managing technical teams, vendor or contract management and delivery. Experience in team management, operations management, or technical infrastructure. Must have the ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience leading and managing projects from initiation to completion and directing operations management initiatives. Experience working with third-party co-location providers. Responsibilities Oversee the computing and networking operations of a data center site(s). Ensure SLOs (Service Level Objectives) are met and team performance is aligned to those goals. Hire, coach, and develop a team of technical staff to meet objectives. Take responsibility for the management and implementation of multiple projects for your team. Ensure data center related priorities are consistent with company objectives. Work with others to set and implement short-term and long-term strategy for the site. Identify problems and create solutions for computing and network architecture.
