Regional Data Coordinator Job Description:
Join us as a Regional Data Coordinator and become a vital driver of data excellence across our organization. In this dynamic role, you will lead regional data management initiatives, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of critical data assets. Your work will help teams make informed decisions by leading data collection efforts, connecting partners to the right resources, and turning data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Oversee regional data collection processes, ensuring high-quality and timely data acquisition from diverse sources across Region 11 of South Texas. Conduct and attend meetings with community stakeholders to raise awareness and generate support to enhance data collection efforts within the region. Coordinate and complete data entry from quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection into Excel or other software. Provide technical assistance to community stakeholders in relation to data collection efforts. Create annual data products such as a Regional Needs Assessment and share with stakeholders through diverse formats.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences preferred or related field, or at least 5 years' experience and coursework in statistics, research methods, and program evaluation. Current Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance are required. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
