Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in program or project management. Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in statement of work negotiation. Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and process documentation. Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management. Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting and purchase orders. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $73,500-$103,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Plan and execute work assignments with varying degrees of supervision. Act as the point of contact for projects as assigned by the facility manager. Prepare statement of work (SoW) for facility operations agreements. Obtain facilities-related vendor proposals, prepare purchase orders, and review/approve invoices. Work with support service vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the facility manager.
