Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in program or project management. Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.Preferred qualifications:
Experience in statement of work negotiation. Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and process documentation. Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management. Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting and purchase orders. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $73,500-$103,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Plan and execute work assignments with varying degrees of supervision. Act as the point of contact for projects as assigned by the facility manager. Prepare statement of work (SoW) for facility operations agreements. Obtain facilities-related vendor proposals, prepare purchase orders, and review/approve invoices.
