Required Skills:

•Must have min 5+ yrs exp on AWS P&C Insurance domain Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Cloud Data Solutions. Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and modern data platforms. Expertise in Amazon Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena, EMR, Kinesis, and RDS. Strong experience with SQL, Python, Spark, and ETL/ELT frameworks. Experience designing enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and distributed data systems. Knowledge of data modeling concepts including dimensional and normalized models. Experience with real-time streaming and big data technologies. Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM roles, encryption, and governance frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and automation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Data Analytics, or related AWS certifications. Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Hadoop, Kafka, or Delta Lake. Exposure to AI/ML and advanced analytics platforms. Experience in financial services, healthcare, retail, telecom, or enterprise-scale environments. Knowledge of data cataloging and governance tools such as Collibra or Alation.
