This position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead execution of complex data linkage processes across multiple datasets Ensure linkage quality, accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with governance requirements Oversee preparation of linkage documentation, metadata, and quality assessments Guide implementation of data masking and privacy-preserving linkage processes Support distribution of linked datasets via secure, role-based access-controlled environments Provide technical guidance to users and stakeholders regarding linkage methodologies Required Skills Expertise in working with large, complex datasets and multi-way linkages Knowledge of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) data and linkage methodologies Strong statistical analysis and data processing skills Familiarity with data security, privacy, and governance requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills
