What You Will Do:

• Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, complex, regulator-facing data and AI modernization program.

The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and execution of an Agile program operating across technical and business workstreams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Provide overall program leadership and accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and performance. + Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners, including supervision, economists, data scientists, executive leadership, and governance bodies. + Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance. + Establish and oversee PMO governance, reporting, and performance management metrics. + Lead Agile program execution, including roadmap development, release planning, and dependency management. + Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge-up / surge-down activities. + Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple technical workstreams. + Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior client and Guidehouse leadership.

• What You Will Need:

• + US Citizenship.is required + Bachelor's degree is required + Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading large-scale IT and data programs. + Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial management, and PMO oversight. + Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. + Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies. + PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification.
• What Would Be Nice to

Have:

• + Prior experience supporting financial services regulators + Experience managing cloud, Snowflake, or data platform modernization programs. + AI and advanced analytics program experience. + SAFe or additional Agile certifications. + Cloud certifications (AWS, Snowflake etc.). + Experience engaging with governance or executive oversight committees.
