Senior Administrative Support and Records Management Specialist E Logic Arlington, VA Job Details Full-time From $40 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Moving Release of information request management Administrative experience Office experience Full Job Description E-logic is seeking a meticulous Senior Administrative Support and Records Management Specialist to champion information integrity for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). You will serve as the agency's subject matter expert on records retention schedules, FOIA information management, and compliance policies. This role requires a balance of analytical expertise-evaluating program effectiveness and training staff-with the physical capability to manage large-scale physical file archives. This position is 100% onsite at USTDA Headquarters in Arlington, VA; telework is not available. Key Responsibilities Analyze, update, and implement agency-wide records management policies, ensuring total compliance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) guidelines. Design, refine, and enforce federal records retention schedules across both digital databases and physical archival repositories. Process, log, and track Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, facilitating information retrieval and coordinate redactions with legal counsel. Develop training materials and deliver technical assistance to USTDA federal staff on proper data lifecycle handling, security mapping, and file archiving. Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the agency's information program, documenting gaps and offering corrective solutions. Assist with physical office logistics, box sorting, archive transport, and provide minor troubleshooting for collaborative meeting space AV configurations. Requirements Secret Clearance is mandatory. 10+ total years of administrative experience, with 5+ years specialized in records management and FOIA information handling. College degree in Business, Information Management, or related professional certifications. Physical ability to lift, lean, and move a large volume of standard files and file boxes.
