The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) , the Product Model Toolkit (PMT) , and hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks (ADB) for scalable data processing. This role will lead conversion strategy design, execution, and governance, ensuring high-quality and seamless migration from legacy systems to Guidewire platforms. Key Responsibilities Conversion Strategy & Leadership Lead the overall data conversion and migration strategy for Guidewire implementations Define conversion roadmap, scope, timelines, and deliverables Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align on data requirements and success criteria Manage onshore/offshore conversion teams and ensure delivery excellence Data Migration & Transformation Design and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks (ADB) Define data mapping, transformation rules, and validation frameworks Ensure data quality, integrity, and reconciliation throughout migration cycles Manage complex data scenarios, including historical data, policy versions, and claims data Guidewire Integration & PMT Partner with Guidewire configuration teams, particularly around Product Model Toolkit (PMT) Ensure converted data aligns with product model configurations Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) with clean, validated datasets Drive defect resolution related to data conversion issues Governance & Quality Assurance Establish and enforce data governance, validation, and audit processes Develop and maintain reconciliation reports and dashboards Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business SMEs, architects, developers, and QA teams Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans Serve as the primary point of contact for all conversion-related activities Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data migration and conversion roles 3+ years in a Conversion Lead or Architect position Strong experience with Guidewire implementations (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) Hands-on experience with Product Model Toolkit (PMT) Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks (ADB) Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and SQL Experience with large-scale legacy system migrations Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain Familiarity with Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter Experience with cloud-based data architectures (Azure) Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.86/hour - $62.29/hour.
