15+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale data architecture solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data modeling, cloud platforms, data governance, and modern data warehousing technologies. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture strategies, standards, and best practices. Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for large-scale business applications. Architect and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based data platforms. Lead data integration initiatives involving ETL/ELT processes and real-time data pipelines. Establish and enforce data governance, data quality, metadata management, and security standards. Collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, analysts, and application teams to define data requirements. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and data management solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and organizational data policies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and analytics teams. Drive performance tuning, scalability, and reliability improvements across data platforms. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or related disciplines. Strong expertise in data modeling methodologies and tools. Extensive experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong knowledge of data warehousing solutions including Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery. Experience designing large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration frameworks. Knowledge of data governance, master data management (MDM), metadata management, and data quality frameworks. Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). TOGAF, DAMA-CDMP, or similar architecture certifications. Experience with real-time streaming technologies such as Kafka.
