REQUIRED
5+ years experience in implementing packaged or custom ERP/MRP solutions in the Retail industry, focusing on data architecture and migration. 10+ years' experience in data architecture design, implementation, and maintenance of complex datasets. Experience working with data modeling tools (Erwin preferred). Experience architecting and delivering data engineering/integration pipelines. Experience designing and developing performance-optimized data models. Proficient in SQL and other data access languages. Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate to both technical and business audiences. Ability to work under pressure in crisis with a strong sense of urgency. Responsible, conscientious, organized, self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze potential future issues. Able to support off-hours work as required, including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis. Experience in logical and physical data architecture, design, and development. Experience in a data architect role on a variety of large-scale projects. Demonstrated experience leading architectural decisions that promote partnership between several disparate data teams. Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within the organization. Knowledge of relational and dimensional modeling structures. Knowledge and/or experience with service-oriented architecture entities and frameworks. Extensive experience with disciplined software development lifecycle. Experience overseeing work of less experienced data modelers. Thorough knowledge of multiplatform database commands. Knowledge of database performance/tuning/measurement, as well as user access and data manipulation. Recommended Experience in information privacy, data compliance, and risk management. CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)- Associate.
