The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. The Framework - Architecture Manager oversees the strategy, development, implementation, and ongoing management of CLA's Development Governance and Product Initiatives. This role is accountable for ensuring development practices remain stable, scalable, and well-governed across product areas. You will lead cross-functional alignment, drive continuous improvement, and mentor architects and engineering leaders to consistently apply standards while enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. How you'll create opportunities in this Architecture Manager role: Establish, own, and continuously improve the governance model and operating cadence for architecture decision-making, ensuring decisions are documented, reviewed, communicated, and periodically revalidated. Lead partnership with Enterprise Architecture to translate enterprise-wide standards and decisions into actionable guidance for CLA teams, ensuring alignment, adoption, and traceability of impacts across the portfolio. Oversee product and tool selection governance, including establishing evaluation criteria, decision forums, approval pathways, and exception handling; ensure decisions balance team autonomy with enterprise standards and risk management. Own and maintain the SDLC governance roadmap, defining maturity checkpoints, prioritizing improvements, and reporting progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and key stakeholders.What you will need:
