Proactively seek opportunities to improve data workflows and streamline production processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, equivalent coursework, certification, or relevant professional experience in data, analytics, marketing operations, information systems, or a related area. 0-2 years of experience in data operations, marketing operations, analytics, reporting, or a related field; internships, coursework, volunteer work, or project experience will be considered. Strong project management skills — detail-oriented and highly organized, adept at planning and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable performing recurring, detail-oriented data tasks while looking for opportunities to improve and automate repeatable processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask clear questions, document processes, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Able to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, communicate when timelines or requirements are unclear, and meet deadlines with support from the team. Preferred but Not Required Experience with nonprofit CRMs (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Raiser's Edge, EveryAction). Knowledge of direct mail and digital fundraising metrics and integrated multi-channel campaign reporting.
