Educational and Experience Requirement Bachelor's degree in related field required. Four years of experience in a related field required. Nature & Purpose of Position Performs multifaceted unit and program support related to educational assessment, student progress monitoring, and program improvement. Maintains platforms and uses technological tools to monitor assessments and to satisfy reporting needs. Completes assigned projects related to the work of the office. Primary Responsibilities Oversees program support related to educational assessment, student progress/ placement monitoring, and program improvement. Oversees data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Develops and implements processes for database information maintenance, tracking, uploads, and reports. Prepares and oversees the preparation of training and operational manuals. Confers with staff on program issues and problems and implements solutions. Provides direct support to students, faculty, and staff. Monitors student worker assessment-related tasks. Prepares field experience binders. Develops and interprets student performance reports. Prepares data for and reviews reports on the effectiveness of program activities. Maintains internal, interactive data dashboards. Supports office needs and operations; develops correspondence; and maintains communication with stakeholders. Attends and participates in team, unit, and committee meetings and keeps records/minutes as needed. Develops and recommends program guidelines. Interprets policies, rules, and regulations and ensures they are followed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Other Specifications Strong technology and problem-solving skills. Detail- and process-oriented. Experienced in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Able to use database software and applications. Knowledge of best practices in data privacy and information security. Effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
