Luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West. Nestled in a verdant mountain valley, Five-Star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is surrounded by some of America's most rugged peaks, celebrated ski runs and wildlife in nearby Grand Teton National Park. Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities. Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of the Information Technology department, ensuring efficient system performance. Provide timely and professional technical support to staff and hotel guests, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and respond to help desk tickets in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner. Support system administration tasks, including user account management, access control, configuration, and documentation. Maintain and support desktop systems, applications, and regular patch/update processes. Monitor and support server infrastructure, including performance, upgrades, OS patching, and troubleshooting. Help ensure continuous operation of critical hotel systems (e.g., PMS, POS, network, telephony, and internet services). Assist in maintaining IT security standards, including PCI compliance, antivirus protection, and access controls. Support network infrastructure, including wired/wireless networks, Active Directory, firewalls, and failover systems. Provide technical support for meetings, events, conference rooms, and guest-facing technology services. Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for IT services, support, and issue resolution. Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, property rollouts, and new technology implementations. Train and support users on systems, applications, and IT best practices. Maintain professional relationships across departments while upholding company standards, policies, and service levels. Preferred Qualifications Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays. Experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role. Prior experience in a luxury hospitality highly preferred. Knowledge of desktop operating systems, enterprise applications, and basic server environments. Experience or familiarity with computer networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network infrastructure) preferred. Understanding of IT security practices, compliance standards (including PCI), and system availability requirements. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs minimum continuously throughout the day. Stand and walk 8 hours per day. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
