Job Description:
Input, processing, and maintenance of Power Distribution Lines and Equipment assets in an
ESRI GIS
database.
Qualification requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree (Geography, GIS, or similar field) GIS Certificate, or at least 2 years of full time GIS work experience is required Power Distribution knowledge is a plus Experience with ESRI ArcGIS software required; experience with ESRI ArcGIS Pro software is a plus. Competency with standard computer software, to include MS Office suite is required. Capable of working in a team environment is required Experience with CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) is a plus Flexible to work 40 hours per week, M-F, in an office environment in Birmingham, Alabama. Shifts may be 8 or 10 hours per day, starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 5pm.
