This role ensures that law enforcement, emergency management, and operational leadership have access to precise, real-time AutoCAD mapping products during both routine planning and high-stakes national events. Key Responsibilities Emergency Operations Mapping Develops CAD layouts aligned with federal protocols (e.g., National Incident Management System and Incident Command System) for use in emergency drills, evacuations, and real-time incident response. Special Event Support Produces permit-ready layouts for major events (e.g., inaugurations, state funerals, demonstrations), including crowd flow, access control, restricted areas, and security infrastructure placement. Traffic & Infrastructure Coordination Designs street closure plans, pedestrian routing, and transit impact maps in collaboration with city, regional, and federal agencies. Operational Integration Participates in multi-agency planning meetings, rapidly incorporates feedback, and delivers updated maps with full version control. Standardization & Governance Maintains centralized mapping standards and templates, ensuring consistency and security across all campus operations. Operational Impact Enhances interagency coordination and shared situational awareness. Improves response time and clarity during emergencies or evolving threats.
