Turning construction field workflows into intuitive ArcGIS Field Maps experiences that crews actually use. Standing up configurations, deploying to devices, and guiding teams through hands‑on training. Bridging the gap between engineering plans and on‑site realities with clean data and clear communication. Your impact Own configuration, deployment, and user training for ArcGIS Field Maps across active projects. Work directly with engineering and construction site personnel to ensure geospatial solutions fit daily operations. Contribute to broader ECSC geospatial and data management initiatives when needed. Provide patient, professional guidance to non‑technical users in fast‑paced environments. Travel Plan for approximately 25% travel to construction sites. Required qualifications ArcGIS Field Maps proficiency. ArcGIS Pro for basic data review and editing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications Experience supporting construction or energy projects. ArcGIS Enterprise familiarity. Background conducting training sessions. Experience producing clear documentation.
